Manager, Marketing & eCommerce Consulting - Asia Pacific
What are we looking for?
A Manager, Marketing & eCommerce Consulting - APAC is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- Bachelor’s degree in content strategy, marketing, communications or related field.
- 5+ years of related experience.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Strategic planning ability.
- Outcome focused.
- Desire and ability to learn.
- Effective communication, collaboration and presentation skills.
- Excellent project management capabilities to stay on top of details, deliverables and anticipate and propose solutions to potential roadblocks to keep activities on track.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and spreadsheets.
- Analysis and reporting experience at regional hotel level, including web analytics.
- Strong prioritization and decision-making skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively and influence others in a matrixed environment including working within and among teams and influence others at all levels to move projects forward.
- Experienced in strategically developing and executing marketing strategy plans.
- Through the line marketing expertise with priority on Digital Marketing.
- Lead and develop content process for hotels.
- Experience in developing, leading and planning a strategy to optimize brand presence on owned and third-party sites.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Able to travel up to 20% of the time or as required.
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- 7+ years of related experience.
- 2+ years of managerial or supervisory experience.
- Experience working in the hospitality and/or travel industry.
- Japanese language proficiency is not required but is a plus to support JKM market.
- Experience working across APAC markets.
