What are we looking for?

- Proven track record to quickly form strong relationships with partners
- Ability to analyze Customer data and resolve the best resolution
- Strong project management skills, including handling details to completion and ensure project deadlines are met
To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Four (4+) years of professional experience
- Three (3+) years of contact center management
- Two (2+) years of experience leading large teams
- Proficiency with contact center systems including GEM, MSTR, and Amazon Connect
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
- Five (5+) years of in-depth experience in hotel, customer service, escalated technical service recovery, or travel industry
