Manager, GRO Support
***This role is based at 755 Crossover Lane in Memphis, TN 38117 (position allows periodic telecommuting from anywhere within the Memphis, TN metropolitan area.)***
What will I be doing?
Manage Global Revenue Optimization (GRO), Forecast Management, Inventory Innovations, Team Member Travel program, and system support activities, while overseeing team processes and deadlines. Develop team members' skills to support revenue optimization for Hilton hotels using GRO and Revenue Management toolkits. Assess the quality of GRO knowledge at hotels and drive initiatives to identify additional opportunities for increasing RevPAR. Oversee internal and external project resources by delegating tasks as needed. Manage both internal and external team activities and deadlines, supporting revenue management by coordinating the development of automated reporting and analysis to optimize Hilton's performance. Deliver clear and concise instructions on project deliverables and responsibilities. Monitor and address departmental activities and expenses to ensure optimal performance. Provide leadership as the primary liaison with IDeaS and other third-party providers. Develop new processes and deliver innovative solutions to meet evolving business requirements. Plan and manage systems development, testing, controls, programs, and projects, applying appropriate methodologies to ensure customer satisfaction, timely delivery, and maximum effectiveness. Provide decision support for key partners in the Revenue Management Consolidation Center (RMCC) and Brand Revenue Management by enhancing analytical capabilities. Supervise direct reports.
Requirements:
Seven (7) years of experience in Revenue Management or related occupation.
Requires experience with revenue systems and using OnQ systems and Revenue Analysis tools; utilizing SQLT; utilizing PMS, PEP, OnQ and R&I; overseeing client relationship management; experience in hotel revenue management, leading measurement formations, revenue management procedures, and property performance evaluation criteria; and overseeing the development of performance indicators and identify risks and negative impacts to revenue. applying instructions.
