Manager GDCM Property Systems Projects
What are we looking for?

• Experience with Technology Project management or Hospitality PMS (Property Management Systems) such as Opera • Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and confidence to motivate and influence others.
• Demonstrates the highest standards of ethical behavior and absolute discretion with sensitive information.
• Ability to take initiative to identify, prioritize and implement actions required to achieve functional goals.
• Proactive problem-solving skills including ability to address any issue in collaboration with others, identify and prevent potential problems and develop problem solving skills in others.
• Work well under pressure and effectively handle multiple and concurrent demands.
• Adapts willingly to change.
• Must be a team player.
• Proven ability to collaborate with others and act in an objective manner to stay on track to achieve common goals.
• Demonstrated Technology project management skills including ability to manage details through to completion and ensure deadlines are met.
To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
• Extensive Professional experience in Technology or related field
• progressive experience in Technology deployment
• Previous managerial experience
• Approximate travel 30-40%
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
• Bachelor’s Degree, or associate degree plus Significant Technology related experience,
