Manager, F & B Development – Operations

What are we looking for?
We believe the success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:

• Deep understanding of current hospitality brands, F&B concept, restaurant/bar design, trends
• Track record of success in Operations and demonstrated ability to deliver a new restaurant or bar concept on-site
• Strong proficiency in restaurant/bar foodservice equipment design, equipment brand trends, and evolving industry-standard processes
• Culinary background and clear understanding of current trends
• Persuasive communication skills, to positively influence Hilton’s partners and can communicate effectively and with diplomacy at all levels
• Ability to handle change, resolve conflicts and ensure collaboration within teams and/or units; includes maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity
• Absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding critical information
• Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to effectively collaborate with others
• Outstanding project management, organizational, and collaboration skills and ability to prioritize several projects at once
• Ability to work independently and manage independent work within larger groups as appropriate
• Able to travel as required

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

• Three (3) years of diverse Food & Beverage experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Office 365

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• Two (2) years of project management experience
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or other BOH equipment planning/layout software
• Degree or academic study in Hotel Management, Culinary, Interior Design, Business Administration, Marketing/Branding, and or General/Liberal Arts
• Proficiency in a relevant second language: Spanish, Portuguese
