What are we looking for?
A passionate people person who is adept in delivering high-quality business outcomes that support Hilton in achieving its people goals and bringing our vision to life. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- A demonstrable track record in Recruitment at an Executive level, either in-house or within an agency environment, ideally across multiple geographies.
- Experience of delivering confidential searches.
- A creative self-starter who takes the initiative with minimal direction and understands concepts quickly.
- Solid knowledge and demonstrable experience in proactive sourcing and Talent Pipelining.
- The ability to identify and understand the value of an employer brand and effectively communicate the value proposition.
- Experienced in producing business orientated management information. Able to collate, analyse and translate data to inform decisions, initiate action and demonstrate progress.
- Experience working with multiple internal stakeholders with varying levels of needs within a complex, matrixed environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate complex analytical topics to a wide audience who may or may not be familiar with the subject matter.
- Demonstrate a track record in influencing key senior stakeholders and hiring managers to achieve excellent results.
- Able to bring a consultative, creative and process driven approach to the role.
- Project management skills with an aptitude for staying calm and effective while handling multiple concurrent demands and prioritising responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Strong research and problem-solving skills to find effective and creative solutions for problems while maintaining high professionalism and integrity.
