Manager Digital Marketing
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Lead the creation of content landing pages by contributing to requirements gathering, encouraging agreement between partner teams, and advocating for an engaging and intuitive user experience.
- Guide shared capabilities across Brand, and Portfolio to establish a integrated customer experience across all layers of digital touchpoints.
- Develop an understanding of brand on-site functionality needs and work with Digital Product and Content teams to create solutions.
How you will collaborate with others:
- Work with Enterprise Marketing, Brand Marketing, and Regional Marketing teams to ensure multi-channel alignment to maximize conversion and ensure consistency within the consumer journey.
- Serve as an important partner between Digital Product teams and Marketing teams to handle interdependent requests and provide updates on digital capabilities and overall Product roadmaps.
What projects you will take ownership of:
- Report against Digital Marketing-specific metrics that focus on engagement and conversion. This includes providing regular snapshots of website performance, extracting engagement insights for monthly team reporting, and making recommendations on website optimizations.
- Contribute to digital tagging/tracking processes, ensuring that website components and links have appropriate tracking.
- Help scale our targeting capabilities and managing a pool of targeted content.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Five (5) years of experience in Digital Marketing with a web focus or related UX fields
- Two (2) years of experience managing the creation of digital content experiences from briefing to launch
- Work a hybrid schedule out of the McLean, VA or Dallas, TX corporate office
It would be useful if you have:
- BA/BS Degree, specializing in Marketing or Digital
- Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, including setting up dashboards and creating new segments.
- Experience creating user stories and mapping digital journey flows.
