What are we looking for?
A Development Manager serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
• Minimum Education: bachelor’s degree or above in hospitality, real estate, finance, business administration,
or in related fields is required.
• Minimum Years of Experience: more than 3 years of relevant working experiences. Have experiences of dealing
with property owners, e.g. from international hotel company, real estate companies, financial firms, law
firms, consulting firms and etc.
Additional Requirements:
a. 50% of travel time.
b. Proficient in verbal and written English.
c. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
d. Strong logical thinking, numerical reasoning and data management skills are essential.
e. Strong communication & interpersonal skills
f. Excellent presentation, public speaking and networking skills,
g. Highly motivated, Down-to-earth, hard-working, target-oriented, client-focus
h. Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure.
i. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality of work. Absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding
sensitive information.
