Manager, CX Strategy & Governance
What are we looking for?
We believe that success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:
- Experience crafting deliverables with the highest standards of quality and accuracy
- Management of tactical frameworks and processes with the ability to map out timelines and key deliverables for cross-functional teams and complete those timelines
- Knowledge and understanding of enterprise-wide communications planning in a corporate or professional services environment with experience in assessing organizational change readiness
- Forming relationships and collaborating effectively on cross-functional teams
- Excellent planning and problem-solving skills to initiate sound decisions using good judgment and innovative and creative problem-solving
- Narrative development and storytelling
- Capacity to independently and effectively prioritize and handle several projects at a time in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to synthesize information and simplify communication to update business stakeholders
- Demonstration of strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- Five (5) years of professional work experience
- Three (3 years of work experience in Project, Program, and/or Organizational Change Management
- Experience leading leadership communications, large webcasts, and storyboards
- Able to travel up to 25% to Hilton offices in Dallas, Memphis, McLean, and international
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience
- PMP, CAPM, or similar certification
