Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of our Corporate Intern Program including the recruitment strategy, placement needs, communication and engagement plans, and conversion opportunities to full-time Team Members.
  • Organize Summer corporate intern events, workshops, and training sessions across our three offices: creating schedules, booking venues, and handling logistics while communicating with our interns.
  • Support intern development through facilitating the onboarding process for new interns, managing the intern mentoring program, and leading the feedback and evaluation process of intern classes.
  • Manage all data and success metrics of the intern program to report on the quality of hires, and career paths post-program to ensure that we are meeting a defined return on investment.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Partner with corporate recruitment to establish best-in-class practices for recruiting and retaining diverse entry-level talent.
  • Work with other teams (HR, HRCs, hiring managers, and department heads) to align intern programs with organizational goals.
  • Travel to our U.S corporate offices to facilitate program management and traveling with Early Talent Partnerships team to promote our programs to partner institutions.

What projects you will take ownership of:

  • Design the corporate summer internship programs and events, including onboarding, engaging with executive speakers, and social and volunteer events.
  • Create intern information sessions and training materials including PowerPoint presentations, communication strategies, and onboarding decks.


You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of professional experience
  • Two (2) Years of program management experience
  • Travel up to 25%.

It would be useful if you have:

  • Experience in Higher-Education or HR or Learning/Development.
