Manager Corporate Functions Learning
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Lead the development of curricula, across our corporate functions, including annual compliance training, and ensure learning programs are aligned with both the corporate department's goals and Hilton's broader business objectives.
- Manage resources and budgets to ensure the effective delivery of curriculum and processes.
- Perform vital learning program updates to learning materials including PowerPoint presentations, pre-work guides, support documents, and participant guides.
How you will collaborate with others:
- Collaborate with other teams and external vendor partners to ensure that the instructional design and training evaluations are relevant and globally applicable.
- Partner with vendors to manage the entire learning lifecycle. This includes creating requests for proposals, reviewing vendor options, managing RFPs/SOWs, and providing feedback for vendor-based responses and partner edits.
What projects you will take ownership of:
- Provide excellent service delivery to our primary HR partners and the leaders within Legal/Compliance, Finance, HR, Safety & Security, Corporate Communications and HSM (Hilton Supply Management).
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Five (5) years of professional work experience
- Two (2) years of consulting and project management experience
- Strong strategic-thinking skills with an ability to collaborate
It would be useful if you have:
- Experience working in a learning and development organization
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles/previous instructional design experience
- Experience working with a global, matrixed organization
- BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree
