HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- You will play a crucial role in product management, overseeing the development of future features, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the content ecosystem aligns with broader Hilton-wide goals.
- You will be the Marketing & Loyalty go-to in all DAM & MAM and future asset distribution work streams, therefore strong and confident stakeholder management with clear, concise, and relevant communication skills will be used daily.
- Bring to life the strategy for the Content Platforms team, ensuring collaboration and understanding with a main focus on MAM & DAM; and with video being a main focus across our owned and paid channels.
- Be the subject matter expert for our digital content ecosystem which includes training, road-mapping, and documentation.
- Advocate for the Content Platforms discipline across the organization when developing and enhancing our content capabilities.
- Manage the MAM and DAM roadmap with internal and external development teams.
- With 2 direct reports, you will mentor your team members through experience reviews, succession planning, and career development plans.
How you will collaborate with others:
- You will work alongside team members and leaders across Hilton, including Marketing & Loyalty, MarTech, and Product organizations, to resource teams, resolve problems, and develop future initiatives.
What projects you will take ownership of:
- MAM integration with a wider tech stack to enable greater content distribution across all of Hilton's digital channels.
- Advocate for both MAM and DAM adoption across Hilton creative teams to manage their digital assets.
- Develop streamlined workflows across both MAM and DAM within ServiceNow.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Five (5) years of professional work experience
- Three (3) years of experience in a related content position
- Two (2) years of experience leading direct reports
It would be useful if you have:
- BA/BS Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Two (2) years of experience working with industry-leading DAM and MAM systems or similar
