Manager, Content Orchestration Governance

What your day-to-day will be like:
- Lead a team of content governance analysts, providing guidance, and professional development opportunities to ensure their success.
- Design and implement global standards and governance frameworks for content and media management tools, roles, and responsibilities that track with organizational goals and best practices.
- Champion compliance with established standards related to content and media management to enable brand consistency, quality control, and resource optimization.
- You will work on projects including maintaining global standards for content management within our organization
How you will collaborate with others:
- Collaborate with teams to influence the adoption of content and media management tools, such as CMS and CAT tools, to enhance efficiency and streamline productivity.
- Develop and implement a translation memory strategy to repurpose existing translations, improve consistency, and reduce costs associated with multilingual content production, collaborating with language service providers and team members globally.

What projects you will take ownership of:
- Improve content workflows, streamline processes, and enhance content creation, localization, and distribution efficiency.
- Use feedback, data analysis, and industry trends to improve content management processes, workflows, and technologies, enhance effectiveness and user experience.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Five (5) years of experience in content operations, content governance, or standardization of content operating procedures
- Prior experience with content translation and localization workflows and tools.
- Working knowledge of content platforms (DAM, CMS, CAT tools)
- Prior experience managing large-scale projects in a global enterprise.
- Experience with direct leadership over people or teams
- Hybrid work from Mclean, VA, or Addison, TX (3 days/ week in office)
- Travel 10%
It would be useful if you have:
- Experience aligning technology strategies with organizational objectives.
- Experience utilizing data analytics to inform content decisions.
- Prior experience with change management.
- Prior experience with vendor relationship management.
