HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Manage daily operations of the Hilton Global Foundation, including maintaining relationships with Foundation grantees, managing all aspects of Hilton Global Foundation's online grant management platform, and grant distributions
- Manage daily operations of Hilton's Team Member Assistance Fund
- Manage company volunteer efforts, specifically the Hilton Global Foundation's Action Grants Program
- Support daily operations of the Hilton UK Foundation
- Other projects as assigned that advance Hilton's philanthropic efforts
How you will collaborate with others:

This is a cross-functional role, and the manager will partner with many other departments such as Finance, ESG, Communications, and Safety and Security
What projects you will take ownership of:
- Execute Hilton's Travel with Purpose Week, Hilton's week of community impact and volunteerism
- Support annual grant solicitation, selection, and distribution process
- Manage and strengthen the Hilton Global Foundation and Hilton UK Foundation websites
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Five (5) years of work experience advancing corporate programs
- Two (2) years of experience in corporate social responsibility, social impact, philanthropy or a related field
- Data management experience
- Travel up to 10%
It would be useful if you have:
- Job experience working in hospitality
- Background in grant-making and private foundations
- Direct experience with volunteer activities and event planning
- Project management experience
