Position Statement
We are seeking a strategic communications manager to drive integrated communications that aim to inspire team members and external target audiences across Greater China on Hilton’s award-winning culture and corporate responsibility both internally and externally.
As a key member of the Greater China & Mongolia Communications team, you will report directly to the Director, Corporate Communications GCM. The ideal candidate will be a skilled storyteller with strong interpersonal skills and will act as a trusted communications advisor to internal stakeholders and drive compelling storytelling that shape our culture, with a deep understanding of corporate communications principles, the Chinese market and culture environment.
Develop and execute integrated communication strategies and campaigns that align with Hilton’s business goals, culture, and values.
Partner with HR, Operations, hotel and relevant teams to drive effective corporate internal communications across the region.
Craft compelling stories that showcase team member experiences and recognition across the business.
Manage GCM internal communications channels including town halls, leadership memos, office screens, etc. and provide communications supports to key team member activities including Team Member Appreciation Week and team member resource groups.
Identify media opportunities for culture storytelling that drive impacts among target audiences.
In partnership with GCM, APAC and global teams to craft the communications strategies and plans to advance the awareness of Travel with Purpose, which is Hilton’s strategy to drive responsible travel and tourism globally, both internally and externally.
Identify meaningful opportunities to drive external communications on Travel with Purpose, including speaking opportunities and media interviews.
Partner with teams to provide communications supports to activate the annual Travel with Purpose Week in GCM.
Support other communications projects and activities as needed.
Track evolving trends, stakeholder expectations, and best practices to continuously improve communication strategies and channels.

A Manager Corporate Communications Hilton Greater China & Mongolia serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in communication, journalism or public relations.
Native-level Mandarin and outstanding English speaking and writing skills.
Eight years of professional experience in Communications, preferably from leading multinational companies in the hospitality, FMCG or retail industries.
Five years of experience in internal communications under the corporate communications function.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience working in a global, matrixed organization is preferred.
Exceptional project management and stakeholder / agency partners engagement skills.
Ability to prioritize, tackle problems, move fast and thrive in multitasking within timeline.
Constant and curious learner, always looking at new ways to innovate in this space.
Strong attention to detail.
