What are we looking for?
We seek a self-starter, who is well organized, extremely detailed, and confident, willing to take ownership of responsibilities, and possesses a high level of positive energy and drive. We believe the success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills (verbal, written)
  • Strong team problem-solving skills
  • Critical thinking and both quantitative and qualitative analytics skills with the ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths/weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
  • Strong negotiation skills in order to increase value for internal and external partners
  • Complete discretion and confidentiality regarding critical information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, MS Word, Excel

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of professional experience
  • Two (2) years of experience as a hotel or above property Sales Manager handling the Business Travel Sales market
  • In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry
  • Travel up to 30%

It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Multi-property sales experience
  • Experience in OnQ SM
  • Experience using SFDC
