Manager, Brand Marketing

What will I be doing ?
Within this role your main responsibilities will be to:
- Bring Brand Strategies to Life: Play a key role in executing Hilton’s annual brand marketing strategies across priority markets—delivering bold, multi-channel campaigns, immersive content, and unforgettable experiential activations
- Ignite Iconic Partnerships: Help shape and activate standout marketing plans with major partners like The Football Association and Lancashire & Hampshire County Cricket Clubs—driving brand relevance through sport, culture, and community.
- Collaborate across Marketing and Loyalty: Work closely with regional and global teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment across markets.
- Build Powerful Relationships: Foster strong, productive partnerships with agencies, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive shared success.
- Be the Voice of the Brand: Act as a key support in ensuring brand consistency and excellence at every touchpoint.
- Track, Report, and Optimise: Work closely with our performance and insights team to share learnings. Support senior leadership within the team with compelling presentations and data-driven storytelling.
- Lead in PR & Social: Support influencer outreach, social media engagement, and PR initiatives that amplify Hilton’s voice and visibility.
- Champion A Culture of Creativity and Innovation: Contribute to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team environment where agility, creativity, and innovation are celebrated.
What are we looking for?

· Ability to contribute to the development of integrated marketing strategies and campaigns.
· Good creative judgment with an eye for compelling content and storytelling.
Project & Campaign Management
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Experience in working in cross-functional teams and with external agencies
· Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement
· Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with partners, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
· Experience working with high-profile brand partnerships, ideally in sports, music, or entertainment (ideal but not essential)
Digital & Social Media Savvy
· Understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid media, social, influencer, and content marketing
Communication & Presentation
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Confident in creating and delivering presentations
Collaboration & Agility
· A team player with a collaborative mindset and a proactive, can-do attitude.
· Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities.
Qualifications
Minimum BA/BS/Bachelors Degree or experience in lieu of
Travel requirements
