Manager, Brand Manager, Hilton Hotels & Resorts
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Partner with the Hilton brand team to project manage defined brand priorities and initiatives
- Assist with Hilton Brand Positioning activation and coordination with US and regional teams
- Manage Hilton brand portfolio quality, tracking, and governance. (Openings, renovations, terminations)
- Plan and prepare data, presentations, and briefs for internal and external meetings
- Manage quarterly brand material updates (brand health, development, sales, and online brand channels)
- Support Global Brand Leader with planning and managing external meetings and follow-ups
How you will collaborate with others:
- Collaborate with Marketing, Regional Brand Management, Brand Personality, Operations, and Team Member Communications teams on the activation of the Brand’s New Positioning, Pillars, Tone of Voice, and Service Behaviors
- Partner with Owner Relations, Brand Performance Support, and Quality Assurance on the execution of service quality initiatives
- Collaborate with Brand Operations, Architecture, Design & Construction teams on brand product & portfolio quality management
- Represent the Hilton brand in areas of Brand Standards, Quality Assurance, Openings, Renovations, Hotel Leaders Support, Owner Relations, Development, and Sales
What initiatives you will take ownership of:
- Quarterly management and updates of Hilton brand materials, including development, product quality, brand health, and Hilton Worldwide Sales
- Coordinate Brand Positioning deployment, including brand programs, pillars, and service behaviors
- Brand Portfolio Quality tracking, management, and governance
- Manage materials and channels that define the image of the Hilton across several channels, internal and external
- Support global brand leaders with preparations for meetings with Hilton leaders, owners, and operators
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Five (5) years of professional experience
- Ability to master internal Hilton applications powered by Salesforce, Qualtrics, and MicroStrategy
- High comfort level with research, data & analysis: Ability to work with quantitative and qualitative data, draw conclusions, insights, and formulate recommendations
- Ability to travel up to 30% (domestic and international)
- Advanced proficiency with Excel (can perform complex functions), PowerPoint, Word, and MS Teams applications
- Available to work in the McLean office
It would be useful if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree or on-the-job equivalent experience
- MBA or Graduate degree
- Two (2) years of experience developing and working with project management, building business cases, gaining internal/external support, and driving the implementation of programs
- Three (3) years of developing annual plans, narratives, project planning, forecasts, and strategic roadmaps for large enterprises
