Manager, Analytics - Brand Performance Support (BPS) EMEA
What are we looking for?
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with strong analytical expertise, experience with large-scale data processing, and proficiency in both SQL and R, Alteryx or Python.
Essential skills and experience include:
• Experience with large, multi-source datasets (e.g., SQL, Redshift, or similar).
• Proven ability to design and maintain data models for multi-level business reporting.
• Expertise in building automated data workflows, reporting, and insight generation using tools like Alteryx, Python, or R.
• Experience managing enterprise-level KPIs, including customer experience, brand health, commercial performance, and operational metrics.
• Ability to transform raw data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Advanced experience with Power BI and designing intuitive, dynamic executive dashboards.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate complex analytics into clear business stories and challenge assumptions to influence decisions.
• Proactive learning mindset and adaptability to new tools and systems.
• Commercial and operational understanding and experience.
• Previous experience within Hilton Corporate is preferred.
