What are we looking for?
We believe success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:
- Critical thinking skills to link business ideas, identify and construct business solutions, analyze problems, and make decisions using qualitative and quantitative data
- Ability to deliver revenue monthly, quarterly, and annually
- Self-starter, well organized, very detailed, and willing to own their responsibilities, and possess a high level of positive energy and drive
- Customer service and presentation skills
- Problem-solving skills while employing diplomacy with high-level executives and customers within the organization on a global scale
To fulfill this role optimally, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- Five (5) years in customer relations/customer service
- Three (3) years in procurement/supply chain roles and activities
- Travel up to 25%
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
- Eight (8) years of customer relations/customer service experience
- Eight (8) years of procurement and sourcing
- Five (5) years of hospitality experience with a specific focus in customer-facing roles
