The Site Inspection Executive will primarily be responsible for conducting site inspections of all segments, including Group and Transient, to win business for the hotel. The entire hotel team, from the General Manager to the housekeeping staff, are stakeholders in ensuring flawless execution of the site plan to WOW the customer and secure the business.



What will I be doing?

 

·       Conduct detailed tours of the hotel's facilities, including rooms, event spaces, and amenities.

·       Create a personalized WOW factor tailored to the company and/or customer's needs and according to brand standards.

·       Handle inquiries and follow-ups promptly and professionally.

·       Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and fam trips.

·       Maintain accurate records of all site inspections and client interactions.

·       Create a remarkable customer experience and develop a sales culture within the hotel.

·       Establish and strengthen customer relationships, differentiating the hotel from the competition.

·       Ensure Department Heads review the alert in daily pre-shift meetings and identify objectives.

·       Read the client effectively to understand their needs and close the group, winning against the competition.

·       Coordinate with Sales Managers on fam trips, ensuring proper communication and execution.

·       Create and personalize agendas for site visits, VIP´S, Fam Trips.

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

·       Fluency in English (spoken and written).

·       Proven experience in the Luxury Hotel segment.

·       knowledge of DELPHI.fdc, Opera, and Cvent platforms.

·       Strong understanding of Hilton Luxury Brand Standards and global strategies.

·       Strong negotiation skills and handling objections.

·       Experience related to groups & catering events.
