Our ideal candidate has experience in customer service and/or reservations, a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, especially leisure and transient markets—and excellent written and verbal communication skills. They are proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation systems, highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask in a deadline‑driven environment. A customer‑focused mindset, strong problem‑solving abilities, teamwork, initiative, and effective time‑management round out the qualities needed to succeed in this role.

Shift Pattern: Full Flexibility is a must. Office hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, but flexibility is essential to accommodate varying schedules, including weekends, holidays, for our group clients.

Pay Rate: This is an hourly role

What will I be doing?

This Role provides strategic administrative support to the Director of Leisure Sales, helping drive revenue from leisure markets and strengthen client relationships. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, proactive, and an excellent communicator, this individual serves as a key link between Sales, Revenue Management, Reservations, Front Office, and Operations to ensure seamless coordination and a personalized experience for leisure and extended‑stay guests.

  • Support the Director of Leisure Sales with strategy execution and daily sales activities.

  • Manage leisure inquiries across phone, email, and in-person channels.

  • Prepare proposals, contracts, presentations, and client follow‑up communications.

  • Maintain accurate client records, production reports, and partner content on third‑party channels.

  • Collaborate with Front Office, Reservations, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.

  • Assist with promotional efforts, amenities, events, giveaways, and trade shows.

  • Partner with the Transient Coordinator to manage preferred account reservations and rooming lists.

  • Review daily arrivals to identify key leisure, VIP, corporate, and consortia guests.

  • Respond to online inquiries from travel advisors, agencies, and direct consumers.

  • Coordinate projects, including attending meetings, taking notes, and following up on tasks.

  • Support site inspections, FAMs, and tradeshows.

  • Serve as on‑property support during the Director’s business travel.

  • Ensure accurate booking and guest handling in collaboration with Reservations and Front Desk.

  • Manage preferred account requests, special needs, and escalations.

  • Assist with welcome amenities, VIP requests, and guest recognition efforts.

  • Maintain reporting on accounts, concessions, transient production, and trends.

  • Support Front Office training related to preferred accounts.

  • Contribute to developing leisure experiences and marketing-aligned activations.
