A Manager, Learning Experience - APAC serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
Required
• Previous experience facilitating instructor-led learning with proven experience in virtual facilitation/production.
• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple stakeholders and projects.
• Ability to travel domestically or internationally per business needs.
• Strong communication skills - written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
Preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Prior work experience in the hospitality industry.
• Regional or global work experience.
• Experience working with diverse cultural groups.
• Experience in delivering knowledge and skills-based (Brand, Sales, and Leadership) programs.
• Instructional design experience
