Learning and Development Manager
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• Tertiary qualifications, or other collegiate-level degree, in Training, Human Resources, Business, Hotel Management or related field;
• 2+ years experience in delivering training;
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel environment;
• Strong organisational, administration and communication skills;
• Demonstrates positive involvement and interaction with the overall Hilton team both at an individual, team & management level.
• A passion and enthusiasm for facilitating learning;
• Flexibility in schedule to facilitate trainings at times based on business needs
• Innovative in the delivery of training initiatives;
• Creates an environment of learning, enjoyment and involvement
