Lead Enterprise Business Intelligence (MarTech)

What are we looking for?

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

• Five (5) years in the field of analytics
• Three (3) years of creating reports, dashboards, and/or summarizing large amounts of data into practical intelligence to drive business decisions
• Experience with leading Business Intelligence tools, preferably MicroStrategy or Tableau
• Proven knowledge in data warehousing, SQL, and data management concepts, preferably in Amazon RedShift or other columnar database management systems
• Demonstrable experience with data management tools like Informatica, SSIS, or Alteryx for data transfer and preparation.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience using SQL for ad-hoc queries, performing data profiling writing complex queries, and creating/ troubleshooting stored procedures
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation skills
• Experience creating detailed process documentation and conducting knowledge transfers

It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• BA/BS Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or other analytical field
• Functional experience in hospitality
• End-to-end understanding of the data flow process (from ingestion to consumption layer)
• Solid working experience with surrounding and supporting disciplines (data quality, data operations, data modeling, BI/Data WH/Data Lake)
• Experience using R, Python, or other statistical analysis & data mining tools
• Experience with process improvement (Six-Sigma)
• Familiarity with Agile Project Management
