Kitchen Administrator
What are we looking for?
An Administrator serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- Minimum 1 year's relevant experience, preferably in a medium to large size hotel of which must be in a similar capacity.
- Have a good understanding of hotel operations, practices and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs like Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Good language skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong communication, good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- An independent individual but also a team Player who possesses high initiative, good judgement, organisation and time management skills.
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to be resourceful, creative, maintain flexibility and able to work well under pressure.
