What are we looking for?
An IT Manager serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
University degree, majoring in IT, with relevant certificate(s).
At least 2-3 years of experience in the same position in the hospitality industry.
Proficient in Property Management Systems (PMS)
Familiar with Point of Sale (POS) systems for F&B and retail operations
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Network infrastructure, servers, and data security
Ability to translate technical information into clear, actionable guidance.
Ability to resolve complex problems under pressure with sound judgment.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Strong interpersonal and intercultural communication skills.
Resilient, adaptable, and proactive in a fast-paced international environment.
