The Information Technology Executive is responsible for the implementation of Information Technology in the hotel in accordance with Hilton’s strategies and priorities as well as measuring Information Technology costs, benefits and performance in the hotel and providing this information to hotel management and the Regional Information Technology Manager.
What will I be doing?
As an Information Technology Executive, you will support the smooth and secure operation of all hotel IT systems while ensuring a seamless experience for both guests and team members.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and supporting hotel IT systems (hardware & software)
- Troubleshooting technical issues for users and guests
- Managing system access and conducting regular user audits
- Ensuring data security, backups, and compliance with IT standards
- Supporting disaster recovery processes and system readiness
- Collaborating with other properties and assisting in IT improvements
- Adhering to all safety, security, and operational procedures
