IT Coordinator
What are we looking for?
IT Coordinators serving Hilton brands are always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an IT support or coordination role
- Previous IT experience, preferably in hospitality or service industry
- Knowledge of hotel systems (PMS, POS) is an advantage
- Familiarity with Windows environments, basic networking, and hardware support
- Understanding of IT security principles and data protection requirements
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 operational environment
- Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
