What are we looking for?
IT Coordinator serving Hilton brands are always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- Previous IT experience, preferably in the hotel, leisure, and/or service sector
- Proficiency of all Microsoft systems
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely express ideas both verbally and in writing in English and preferably also Dutch.
- Excellent interpersonal skills that build trust and instill confidence to motivate and influence others.
- Able to adapt to change, be proactive and self-motivated; take responsibility for own work.
- Flexible; able to modify approach or style to achieve goals.
- Excellent time management skills; hardworking and efficient.

- Absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle multiple, concurrent demands and appropriately prioritize responsibilities.
- Ability to collaborate with others and act in an objective manner to effectively solve problems and stay on track towards accomplishing organizational goals.
- Ability to quickly learn new programs and train hotel staff.
- Understanding of principles and practical application of network monitoring tools.

Due to 24 x 7 nature of the business, able and willing to flex to the needs of the operation, which will include occasional out of hours work.
- Valid residence and working permit is a must!
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- A technical degree in Information Technology field or relevant work experience in lieu thereof
- In depth knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems
- Experience administering networks in a Windows Server/Workstation environment.
- Knowledge of network infrastructure, including CAT5/6 cabling, wireless networks, network switches.
- Experience with these Hospitality related applications/systems:
- PMS, POS, Keycard, PBX, Voicemail.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software problems.
