Intern, Business Development (Hilton Garden Inn)

What are we looking for?

A Business Development Intern serving Hilton Brands is always working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

Candidate Qualifications

•    Available for 6 months 

•    Current undergraduate/graduate school students

•    Minimum 1-2-year study experience in Hospitality/Management/Business/Economics/Real Estate or other related majors

•    Overseas study experience preferred but NOT required

•    Fluent in both Chinese and English (written & spoken)

•    Excellent in MS Office, especially in PPT and Excel

Skills & Values

•    Strong detail-orientation

•    Skilled in preparing presentations

•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•    Ability to take initiative to identify, prioritize, and implement all elements required for the support team to fulfill responsibilities in keeping with core strategic goals

•    Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to effectively address any issue in collaboration with others as appropriate and ability to proactively identify and prevent potential problems.
