Interim Programme Manager HAFS (18months FTC)

- Strategic Transformation, Programme and Project Management experience
- Working in a complex organisation
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Progressive Leadership Experience
- You may also be required to travel up to 50% of the time: Domestic and International Travel
Preferred:
- Experience in a GBS or Shared Service environment
- Successfully delivered large scale finance transformation and change projects
Required Qualifications:
- Prolific Strategic Programme and Project Management Experience
- The ability to demonstrate Progressive Overall Experience
- Project Management or Programme Management certification (e.g. PMP, PgMP, Prince2, Six Sigma)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
- Extensive functional knowledge of the Hilton Accounting and Finance Services organisation, financial systems, and processes
