Human Resources Service Assistant
What are we looking for?
A Human Resources Service Assistant serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitizing procedures and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and perform repetitive tasks such as bending, stooping, and reaching.
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Previous experience in Human Resources
- Excellent knowledge of hospitality
