Human Resources Manager

What are we looking for?

This is an exciting time to join our hotel as we embark on a major transition, including a full refurbishment and transfer to our new brand.

To successfully fill this role you should have a passion for customer service and be a strong team player. In addition, the minimum skills you will need;

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources, with strong Industrial Relations expertise and knowledge of Australian legislation, or comparable experience
• Extensive background in team member engagement, recruitment and learning and development activities
• Demonstrated ability to resolve problems and conflict, and work efficiently under pressure
• Excellent leadership skills and exceptional communication skills with an ability to connect with people at all levels
• A customer service approach to human resources & excellent interpersonal skills
• A Degree level qualification or equivalent relevant experience

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• Previous human resources management experience in the hotel, hospitality, leisure, and/or retail sector
