Human Resources Manager
What are we looking for?
A Human Resources Manager serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.•Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.•Fluent in both English/French Mandatory (Arabic/Moroccan is optional).•Currently working in International branded property.•Previous experience in a large property with 3 different F&B Outlets, Banqueting / Conference events, & more than 200 rooms.•Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.•Proven leadership and management abilities.
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Knowledge of hospitality
- IT proficiency
