For this specific job opportunity, we would value the following skills, experience and attitude:
- 5/6 years of growing experience in HR with a previous successful managerial role.
- Experience in Retail, Hospitality a plus.
- Experience in German HR administration and German payroll is mandatory.
- Positive attitude and great communication skills.
- Commitment to deliver high levels of service to Team Members.
- Methodical and well organized, rigorous and very detail-oriented.
- Fluent in German and English, a third language is strongly appreciated.
