A Human Resources Assistant Manager for the Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- Previous recruitment experience in LUXURY hotels in UAE is a must.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in leading recruitment or talent acquisition function is required.
- Solid knowledge of recruitment platforms in specific and HR administration in general.
- Solid communication and people skills.
- Committed to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externally.
- Excellent grooming standards.
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
