HR & Welfare Executive

What are we looking for?

An HR & Welfare Executive serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably within hospitality or hotel operations.
• Strong knowledge of the Workers Rights Act 2019 and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
• Knowledge of Sicorax & Vipertex is a prerequisite
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Prior experience in employee engagement, learning & development, or HR operations will be an added advantage.
