The Human Resources Trainee learns the Human Resources function knowledge and supports Human Resources team members with the routine job in recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, and team member relationship related affairs.
What will I be doing?
As the Human Resources Trainee, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Create and manage visual content, including photos and videos, to highlight our talent, culture, and employer brand.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns for mass recruitment, career events, industry seminars, and talk shows to boost our hotel’s visibility.
Manage and monitor social media channels and the hotel’s business fan page, ensuring engaging and consistent content, photos, and style.
Develop strategies across multiple channels to attract high-quality candidates efficiently.
Build and maintain partnerships with universities, colleges, and vocational schools to develop talent pipelines.
Design and implement employer branding initiatives and advertising campaigns to attract future talent.
Participate in CSR activities and external events to promote our social engagement and community presence.
Support internal communication by producing branding materials and capturing professional photos and videos.
Assist in planning and delivering training programs on HR best practices, labor laws, and goal setting.
Support employee engagement activities, internal events, and team-building initiatives to foster a positive workplace.

What are we looking for?
A HR Intern serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- Associate degree and above.
- Good communication skills in both English
- Skills in videography and photography.
- Proficiency in design using software such as AI, Photoshop, etc.
- Good presentation skills. Fluent in written and spoken English to meet business needs
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging campaigns and training content.
