HR Executive (Learning & Development)

What are we looking for? 

A HR Executive (Learning & Development), serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow: 

• Minimum 1 year of related working experience in the hotel industry. 

• At least 2 years of management experience in a training supervisory or above role, in an international 5-star hotel. 

• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese to meet business needs. 

• Knowledgeable of Learning & Development. 

• Good communication skills. 

• Good presentation and teaching skills. 

• Good project management skills. 

• Excellent coordination and organization ability. 

• Willing to take challenges and work under pressure.
