A Floor Supervisor with Conrad Hotels and Resorts upkeeps the cleanliness and maintenance of public areas, F&B outlets, guestrooms, guest corridors and back-of-house areas.
What will I be doing?
As a Floor Supervisor, you will upkeep the cleanliness and maintenance of public areas, F&B outlets, guestrooms, guest corridors and back-of-house areas. Specifically, a Housekeeping Supervisor will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
- To follow proper payroll, keys and pagers procedures.
- To prepare maid assignment reports accordingly.
- To monitor and guide Room Attendant from time to time in order to achieve the standards of cleanliness in guest rooms.
- To make recommendations and follow through on disciplinary action for assigned staff.
- To provide excellent guest service in all areas of responsibilities.
- To inspect guest rooms, including VIP, vacant, occupied and check-out rooms, to ensure the standards are being achieved by each employee.
- To monitor the cleanliness of hallway, lift landing, service area, pantry and chute area.
- To coordinate and monitor all crash programs or projects and ensure that task is completed in a timely manner.
- To detect discrepancy and report any “sleep out” and “skip” rooms.
- To maintain the upkeep of all bedspreads, draperies, carpet cleaning, bed skirts and furniture refinishing.
- To ensure floor storage areas and pantry are kept in an orderly and clean manner.
- To coordinate work orders in assigned areas and follow up on inspections.
- To report any maintenance deficiencies in guestrooms and fill out work order.
- To handle all lost and found items according to procedure.
- To maintain a high level of employee morale.
- To communicate well and maintain good working relationships with all department in the hotel at all time.
- To successfully utilize the log for communication purposes.
- To participate in department meetings.
- To interpret all department policies, procedures and standards established by the Director of Housekeeping.
- To assist in the performance evaluations in accordance with the hotel
- To respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.
- To perform other tasks or projects as assigned by management.

A Floor Supervisor serving Hilton Brand hotels and vacations is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English Language.
- Able to work as a team.
- Knowledge of the tasks performed by the Room Attendant.
- Preferably (1) year supervisory experience.
- Able to work independently and exercise initiative.
- Well organized and able to plan work schedules.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts and on weekend.
