 Hourly rate is $17.24 (based on applicable and specialized experience and location).

Position-Specific Compensation

• SALT Incentive Program – bonus paid out to each Team Member when SALT goals are achieved each month for “overall experience” category.  Payout is calculated as follows:
  • Monthly score of 64.5 to 68.5 = $15
  • Monthly score of 68.6 or greater = $25
