Housekeeping Attendant - (Embassy Suites by Hilton Aruba Resort)

A Housekeeping Attendant serving Hilton is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values below:

• Previous experience in Housekeeping

• Proficiency, at intermediate level, with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Office

SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONS

 In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions:

•  Provide customer service to guests, including information about hotel services, activities and local attractions
• Assist co-workers, as requested

 QUALIFICATIONS

 Education: High School graduate or equivalent preferred but not necessary

 Experience: 6 months to 1 year cleaning experience in housekeeping or janitorial services preferred

 Skills: Must be physically strong. Able to communicate in English; speak, read, write English is a plus. Also able to communicate in Spanish and Papiamento.

 Note: Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, Housekeeping Attendants may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the     hotel.
