Hotel Manager - Hilton Buena Vista Palace
What are we looking for?
Basic Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of Hotel Manager, Director of Operations, Executive Committee, or equivalent Operational Leadership experience at a full-service hotel
- 2+ years of operations background
- Success in building strong service cultures, increasing team member engagement and guest loyalty
- Results-oriented and thoughtful leadership, with proven success in driving engagement and a demonstrated track record in recruiting, energizing, guiding, motivating, and managing a highly skilled team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exceptional people leadership skills coupled with strong communication and business/financial acumen
- Hilton brand experience
