[Hilton Okinawa Sesoko Resort] Marketing & Communications Supervisor (SPV)

マーケティング＆コミュニケーション スーパーバイザーとして、マーケティング＆コミュニケーション部内での事務業務及びサポートを行っていだきます。また、様々な媒体（公式ホームページ、ソーシャルメディア、プラットフォーム、広報関連物など）を活用し、ホテルの最新情報を分かりやすく幅広いお客様に発信いただきます。

1. 広報活動　

・コーポレートチーム及び各部門(営業部、飲食部、宿泊部など)と連携し、広報活動のプロジェクト調整、マーケティングリサーチ及び広報責任者のサポートを行う。

・ホテルのプロモーションなどの情報を公式ホームページ、ソーシャルメディア、広告制作物などを通して、発信いただきます。

2. 他、担当業務

・資料管理及び書類作成などの事務関連業務

・外部企業担当者との打ち合わせ及び発注業務　など

・客室数：全298室

・アウトレット：オールデイダイニング・グリル・イタリアンレストラン、ロビーラウンジ＆バー、プールサイドバーベキュー

・他、設備：屋内外プール、フィットネスルーム、スパなどのウェルネス施設、バンケットルーム。

The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for administrative tasks and secretarial support related to Marketing and Communications functions The Marketing Supervisor is also responsible for assisting with prospect of new revenue opportunities, creating positive brand engagement and communicating various hotel initiatives towards hotel guests via a wide range of marketing tools e.g. hotel websites, social media platforms, collaterals, and direct correspondence with internal and external partners.

 

1. Marketing & Social Media tasks

・Assist Marketing & Communications Manager by adjusting marketing projects and research with  corporate marketing, ecommerce teams and other relevant departments i.e. Sales, Food & Beverage, Rooms.

・Promote the latest hotel information via a wide range of marketing tools e.g. hotel websites, social media and collaterals.

2. Other Administrative tasks

・Office related work of the material management and document preparation

・Meeting with the person who is in charge of the external company and ordering tasks

Outlets: All-day dining/Grill/Italian restaurants, Lobby lounge & Bar, Poolside BBQ
