Head Spa Therapist

What are we looking for?
 

A Head Spa Therapist serving Hilton Brand hotels and vacations is always working on behalf of our Guests and collaborating with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

• Proven leadership and team management skills within a spa or hospitality environment

• Strong experience in hospitality or customer service industry is required

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to effectively communicate with guests and team members

• Ability to speak effectively in front of groups of customers or employees of the organization

• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized and non-standardized situations

• At least 3 years experience in the spa or hospitality industry, including supervisory or leadership experience

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• Experience in a resort, hotel, or wellness-related field in a supervisory or management capacity

• Advanced certifications or training in spa therapies and wellness treatments

• Proven ability to drive revenue through upselling and guest engagement

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage daily operations and team performance
