What are we looking for?

A Head Sommelier serving Hilton brands is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our guests while working collaboratively with other team members. To successfully excel in this role, you should embody the following attitude, behaviours, skills, and values:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality, hotel, or food and beverage sectors
• Strong grooming standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for wine and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences
• Ability to lead and work collaboratively with a team while also being self-motivated and able to work independently

It would be advantageous for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and qualifications:

• Experience as a Sommelier or Wine Steward
• Recognized Sommelier certifications or qualifications
