We’re looking for a friendly and approachable Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team. In this role, you’ll be the welcoming face of our hotel—helping guests feel at ease from the moment they arrive until the time they depart.
Every interaction you have helps shape our guests’ experience, and your care, professionalism, and positivity will make a lasting impression.
What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our Front Office team, you’ll play an important role in creating a smooth, enjoyable, and personalised stay for every guest. Your day‑to‑day will include:
- Welcoming guests with warmth and confidence during check‑in and check‑out
- Responding to guest enquiries and requests in a friendly, timely, and professional way
- Completing audit and administrative tasks accurately, as required
- Sharing guest feedback and operational insights with the Guest Service Manager
- Using your product knowledge to confidently explain room options, services, promotions, and hotel facilities
- Promoting hotel services and maximising occupancy through thoughtful up‑selling
- Processing payments in line with hotel credit and cash‑handling policies
- Following all hotel security, fire, health, and safety procedures
- Upholding brand standards while working in line with company policies and systems
- Supporting other departments and contributing to a positive, team‑focused environment
- Taking part in training and development opportunities, and assisting the Night Team when required

- Comfortable IT skills to support daily Front Office systems
It Would Be Great If You Also Have:
- Experience handling cash or processing payments
- Front Office or Concierge experience in hotels, leisure, or entertainment environments
- Confidence in resolving guest concerns with care and professionalism
