As a Guest Experience at Purobeach, you will coordinate all Purobeach's communication, taking responsibility for achieving maximum customer satisfaction, ensuring that they receive the best service, in collaboration with the rest of the team that makes up the work center.
What will I be doing?
Provide listening, information and persuasion skills to the customer in order to obtain consent, loyalty and support for present and future actions. A Guest Experience Team Member truly influences the first impressions of our VIP Guests and, therefore, is responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Act a as Purobeach Ambassador, connecting and engaging with our guests offering the best experience possible in our venue.
- To be able to create special moments and meaningful interactions with our visitors and guest of the hotel.
- Prevention, follow up and resolution of possible complaints with our guests.
- Representing and promoting the Purobeach brand.
- Managing requests and reservations from premium clients, partners, and PRs.
- Communication link between the Floor Manager and Reception
- Reporting cleanliness, order, and maintenance incidents along the shift.
What are we looking for?
Guest Experience at Purobeach Team Members serving Hilton brands are always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- Calm, efficient, and organized with great attention to detail
- Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional levels of Guest service
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude when working with a VIP Guest
- Computer literate and able to navigate through Company systems
- Professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service
- Guest relations experience in the hotel, leisure, and/or entertainment sectors
- Proven ability to listen and respond to demanding Guest needs
- Conflict resolution experience
- Cash handling experience
- Fluent Spanish and English
