Groups & Reservations Executive
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in the Reservations/Sales function within the hotel/leisure sector preferably in a Supervisor or Team Leader role
- Strong influencing and communication skills and an ability to handle a variety of clients
- A passion for guest service and hotels
- Ability to apply good judgement & work to strict deadlines
- Excellent organisational, planning and administrative skills including knowledge of inventory management
- Proven sales skills and ability to develop relationships
- Calm, efficient, and organized with great attention to detail
- A highly professional, confident telephone manner
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude when working with a Guest
- Computer literate and able to navigate through Company systems
